Islamic Law According to Five Schools of Jurisprudence
This compilation is made possible thanks to the extensive work undertaken by the late Mohammed Jawad Maghniyyah. His original work was written in classical Arabic and representative of the classical Sunni and Shi`ite literature of legal writings. The original volume included two section one covering laws regarding religious practices and acts of worship, the second covered mundane matters that is usually called mu`amalat.
As this text is a scan of the original translation, and since the original translation included special characters embedded in the Arabic transliterated words, some of these characters might be mission.
Readers are encouraged to provide corrections and proper spelling in the comments section of each chapter.
